About Me
I’m an editor, writer, and project manager with over a decade of experience in media and communications, including supervisory roles. I graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in English, and I’ve worked with nonprofits, magazines, news publications, and book publishers ever since. I write flash fiction and poetry in my free time, and I also dabble in making crossword puzzles. I’m passionate about social, economic, and racial justice, and have strived to uplift the voices of people from underrepresented communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people living with disabilities. I identify as biracial, Black, Haitian, a woman of color, and I’m a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada.
